Yoga & Qigong for Nervous System Regulation and Resilient Strength
Rooted in Softness — Rising in Strength.
Neuro-Inclusive functional Yoga & Qigong
I guide people through adaptive, neuro-inclusive Yoga, Qigong, and somatic movement — practices designed to regulate the nervous system, build structural resilience, and support diverse bodies, energy levels, and nervous system wiring (including neurodivergence and hypermobility).
Neuro-inclusive means the practice adapts to your nervous system, sensory needs, and energy fluctuations — rather than expecting you to adapt to a fixed sequence.
Online worldwide. Based in Andalusia.
A Different Way to Practice
I draw from Yoga, Qigong and somatic principles together with modern movement science (fascia, biomechanics) to create a grounded, nervous-system informed approach that:
Calms nervous system activation
Develops structural strength and stability
Works with pain patterns to ease movement
Supports resilience in daily life
Adapts for neurodivergence & hypermobility
This is regulated strength — not performance yoga.
Why Practice With Me?
Irritability, overwhelm, and fatigue are not failures — they are signals.
I know what it means to navigate fluctuating energy, chronic pain, sensory overload, and the frustration of feeling either “too much” or “not enough”.
This work grew from my own search for sustainable strength — strength that doesn’t override the nervous system but works with it.
Movement can be meditation.
Breath can be medicine.
Small, mindful shifts can create real change — in body, mind, and daily life.
