Qigong is a meditative movement practice based on Daoist Philosophy. It represents one of the ancient Chinese internal martial arts and is part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine. Movements can be gentle to moderate to promote better health, inside and out. The practice is based on the principles of Wu Wei - Effortless Action - and can be adapted to any physical needs.

Qigong

An offering to celebrate the devotion to life and being. I am weaving together mantra, mudra, breathwork, and movement, rooted in the principles of Tantra yoga. A slow yet strong Vinyasa flow merging modern principles of biomechanics with the traditions of tantra towards a devotional experience. The practice is rooted in the teachings of Sianna Sermann’s Rasa Yoga.
