Qigong

Qigong is a meditative movement practice based on Daoist Philosophy. It represents one of the ancient Chinese internal martial arts and is a gentle to moderate practice to promote better health, inside and out. The practice is based on the principles of Wu Wei - Effortless Action - and can be adapted to any physical needs.

Serenity Bhakti Flow

An offering to celebrate the devotion to life and being. I am weaving together mantra, mudra, breathwork, and movement, rooted in the principles of Tantra yoga. A slow yet strong Vinyasa flow merging modern principles of biomechanics with the traditions of tantra towards a devotional experience. The practice is rooted in the teachings of Sianna Sermann’s Rasa Yoga.

Making a step towards feeling better is sometimes the hardest thing to do.

In a world where suppression and disconnection is the norm, you will find freedom and release with me.
