Moving Meditation to shake it all off. Be it the mid-day movement reset in the lunch break or gentle morning activation before the day begins, this session combines fluid standing movements for joints and muscles as moving mediation.

Yoga / Daoist Flow (~30min): Sundays, 16:00 CET
A brief yet fundamental yoga practice to rehydrate fascia and work your muscles. Bring the week into a close with this movement ritual and release the tension of the past.
