Online sessions for neurodivergent, hypermobile, and burnout-recovering people — tailored to your body, your capacity, and your wiring.

Break the cycle of practising strong, then burning out and dropping your regular practice because your nervous system and body got overwhelmed.

You've probably tried movement before. Maybe it made things worse — joints that felt more unstable after stretching, a practice that left you overstimulated rather than calm, or a teacher who couldn't understand why your body responds differently.

These sessions are built around how your nervous system actually works.

Who this is for:

  • You've been diagnosed with hypermobility or hEDS and need movement that supports your joints rather than stressing them

  • You're late-diagnosed Autistic or ADHD and movement has always felt complicated, overstimulating, or inaccessible

  • You're recovering from burnout and standard classes feel like too much

  • You want to build a sustainable practice that works with your energy fluctuations, not against them

What we work with — depending on what supports you:

  • Qigong and Daoist Flow — gentle, joint-friendly, nervous system regulating

  • Hatha and somatic-informed Yoga — fascia-aware, alignment-conscious, adaptable

  • Functional mobility — low-impact, informed by internal martial arts

  • Somatic and body-awareness practices — for nervous system regulation between sessions

  • Breathwork — as integration, not performance

Investment: I am currently building my client practice and offer sessions at a practitioner rate. This rate will increase as the practice grows. Sessions are online. In-person available in the Serranía de Ronda area.
