TERMS & CONDITIONS — MOVE IN SERENITY

2. SERVICES: online & in-person movement education, 1:1 sessions, Horizon Circle membership, workshops, digital products.

3. NATURE OF SERVICES — IMPORTANT: movement education and somatic practice. NOT medical care, physiotherapy or psychotherapy. Always consult a qualified medical professional. Participation is at your own responsibility (see Participation Consent).

4. BOOKING & PAYMENT: confirmed once booked and paid via [TidyCal/Squarespace]. Prices include applicable taxes once registered.

5. 1:1 SESSIONS — NON-REFUNDABLE: sessions and packs are non-refundable. Reschedule/cancel with 24h notice; less notice or no-show = session forfeited (deducted from any pack).

6. WORKSHOPS — NON-REFUNDABLE: places non-refundable. As dated events, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply (leisure-activity-on-a-set-date exemption). Goodwill, at my discretion: transfer your place to someone else, or a credit toward a future workshop. If I cancel, full refund.

7. RETREATS — the only offers with refunds. Day retreats (paid in full): full refund 14+ days before; 50% 7–14 days; none under 7 (credit/transfer at my discretion). Residential: 25% deposit non-refundable; balance due 6 weeks before; above the deposit, full refund 60+ days, 50% 30–60 days, none after. Insurance recommended. If I cancel, full refund.

8. MEMBERSHIP (Horizon Circle): rolling monthly; cancel before next billing; no partial-month refunds.

9. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & WITHDRAWAL: EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. For instant downloads you waive this by ticking the box and starting the download — no refund after.

10. GOODWILL / INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES: outside the above, I'm always open to discuss individual situations (e.g. illness or a health flare) and may offer a reschedule, transfer or credit at my discretion. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. LIABILITY: nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law. Practise within your limits; follow the Participation Consent.

12. LAW & FORUM: Spanish law; courts of [your province], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
