What we will explore
Together, we explore ways to support your nervous system in feeling more safety, ease, and connection through movement:
Qigong
Daoist Flow Yoga
gentle movement practices
insights from philosophy and psychology
shared reflection
Yoga Nidra and deep rest
You can join in or not join in.
You can move or stay still.
You can speak or remain quiet.
You can step away whenever you need.
Everything is an invitation. Nothing is an obligation.
This is not about becoming someone else.
It is about returning to yourself.
This might be exactly what you need if...
You've spent the summer looking after everyone else and haven't had much space for yourself.
Your social battery is running low.
You're an introvert who enjoys people but needs quiet afterwards.
You've been working hard, travelling, parenting, hosting, organising, caring or simply keeping up — and you're ready to stop.
You feel overstimulated by busy environments and are craving somewhere quieter.
You don't necessarily need another thing to do.
You need somewhere to land.
You just need to want three hours where you don't have to hold everything together.
Who I am
Thyra-V. is a teacher of Qigong, Yoga, and somatic movement. Her work grew out of her own lived experience - burnout from years in the corporate world and international organisations, and living with hidden disabilities. She helps people rebuild trust in their nervous system and inner signals, learning to listen to the body rather than control it.
Together, we combine movement, nervous system awareness, and a deeply respectful way of being together.
Inclusivity
This is an inclusive space — LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent folks all welcome.
If you have access needs (sensory, chronic illness, cPTSD, mobility, etc.), let me know in advance so I can make adjustments.
What this is not
This is not therapy.
We do not promise quick transformation or overnight change.
Sometimes slowing down can feel unfamiliar. Even uncomfortable.
And it may take some courage just to show up.
That is why I create spaces where you are always free to choose what feels right for you.
