Divergent Flow · The Threshold
A quiet place
to learn how to
listen to yourself.
You probably already know most of what you need. This is a space that makes it easier to hear.
Rooted in softness, rising to strength.
What this is
A threshold is a doorway — the space between where you've been and where you're going. You step, when you're ready.
This is a community for people who are done being handed other people's answers, and curious what happens when they're given room — and a little guidance — to find their own.
No one here is going to fix you. Partly because you're not broken, and partly because the good things were never going to come from someone else's checklist. What's here instead: enough structure that you're not lost, people who recognise your questions, and practices that help you hear what your body is already trying to tell you.
We move together, gently
Somatic work, Yoga, Qigong, breath — built for bodies and the soul. You set the intensity.
How it works
Gentle structure, and room to find your own way
Simple structure
A next step, not a program to fall behind on. Enough to keep you oriented, guided invitations welcoming self-discovery.
Questions, released to the open
You ask the things you tend to keep to yourself, and find they're the ordinary ones here. People a few steps ahead pass back what they've learned — what community used to mean.
You might recognise this
Maybe you've spent a long time translating yourself so the people around you stay comfortable.
Maybe your body doesn't always tell you clearly what it needs, and you've learned to override it.
Maybe the usual advice — just breathe, just rest, just push through — never quite fit, and somewhere along the way you decided that was your fault.
If any of that lands, you'll probably feel it as you read. If it doesn't, that's completely fine — this isn't for everyone, and it isn't trying to be.
Who's holding the door
I'm Thyra. Not here as an expert with the answer. But as a gateway for you.
I came to this the long way — through my own burnout, and a body that stopped cooperating — and found my way back through movement, breath, and Qigong.
I teach what actually helped me, a few steps further down the same road, holding the door for whoever's behind me. That's all this is. A door, held open, by someone who remembers what it's like to stand where you're standing.
Just launching
The beginning — and you help shape it
The Threshold is opening its doors now. You won't walk into an empty room — there's already content waiting when you arrive, but you'll watch the rest build in real time, and have a say in it too.
For founding members: you help us build it, and your first three months are free.
The Invitation
The door's open.
Stepping through is the only part that's yours.
And there's no rush. If it's for you, you most likely already know.
Rooted in softness, rising to strength
A few honest answers
Your questions, answered plainly
-
No. It's a community and a movement practice that help you understand and support yourself. It doesn't replace therapy or medical care.
-
No.
-
The practices are built for exactly that. You set the intensity, and recordings let you take part within whatever capacity you have that day.
-
Recordings are yours, and the community runs continuously in between.
