The Waitlist for online classes is Open!
Yoga and Qigong classes.
Each modality will have a monthly focus and to build a sustainable routine, membership will be in monthly blocks. It is a commitment but with a softer side. You commit to at least one weekly practice, but you can also practice the replay at your own time.
Monthly packages will be:
- weekly Yoga class (1 hour)
- weekly Qigong class (1 hour)
- join both (2 hours)
- replay for any class you signed up for
