For September 20th, we invite you to join us in Estepona, to a different kind of space.

Three hours that are not about performance, improvement, or doing things “right”.

A space where you can arrive exactly as you are.

You can join in or not join in.

You can move or stay still.

You can speak or remain quiet.

You can step away whenever you need.

Everything is an invitation. Nothing is an obligation.

All of it with mutual respect.

Stimming. Silence. Self.

What we will explore

Together, we explore ways to support your nervous system in feeling more safety, ease, and connection through movement:

  • Qi Gong

  • Daoist Flow Yoga

  • gentle movement practices

  • insights from philosophy and psychology

  • shared reflection

  • Yoga Nidra and deep rest

This is not about becoming someone else.

It is about returning to yourself.

What you might take with you

You might leave feeling your body more clearly.

You might notice needs that usually stay tucked away.

You might feel more connected – to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.

And you might meet others who understand what it means to be sensitive, thoughtful, and often “too much” for fast-paced environments.

Perhaps you leave with a simple feeling:

“I didn’t have to pretend today.”

Who we are

Alice is a published author and has worked for over 20 years at the intersection of movement, special education, and human development in complex systems. She creates spaces where people can reconnect with themselves without pressure or performance.

Thyra is a teacher of Qigong, Yoga, and somatic movement. Her work grew out of her own lived experience - burnout from years in the corporate world and international organisations, and living with hidden disabilities. She helps people rebuild trust in their nervous system and inner signals, learning to listen to the body rather than control it.

Together, we combine movement, nervous system awareness, and a deeply respectful way of being together.

What this is not

This is not therapy.

We do not promise quick transformation or overnight change.

Sometimes slowing down can feel unfamiliar. Even uncomfortable.

And it may take some courage just to show up.

That is why we create a space where you are always free to choose what feels right for you.
